Domestic Shipment Processing Times and Costs

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

We keep stock of popular items but might need this time to produce all or some of your order. Please keep this in mind when determining estimated delivery times. If you need items by a specific date, please reach out to orders@jungleredstudio.com and we'll be happy to discuss what can be done.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If it looks like there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you ASAP using the email address or phone number you provided when placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

All orders are packed with the utmost care to protect contents before being handed off to a shipment carrier. Jungle Red Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the shipment carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
