We hope that you are always happy with your purchases! However, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us for a refund. Please find our policies on returns and exchanges below.
Returns
All returns must be requested within seven (7) days of the day you received your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and with all original tags, labels, or other packaging attached.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at orders@jungleredstudio.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you are returning defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include images in the email to help expedite the processing of your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RA number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RA number will not be accepted. Please note that Jungle Red Studio is not responsible for return postage.
Getting Your Refund
Your return will be processed after we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive your item(s) to process your return. We will notify you by email both when we receive the item(s) and when your return has been processed.
Please keep in mind that once we process your return, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you will need to make a separate purchase for the items you want. Bearing in mind that refunds cannot be issued until we receive and accept the items you wish to return, you might want to consider placing a separate order for the new item(s).
If you are concerned about the availability of an item, please feel free to contact us at orders@jungleredstudio.com and we'll be happy to advise about whether an item has low stock, how long it will take to restock something if it sells out, etc., to help you figure out what will work best for you.
