At Jungle Red Studio, we create all of our own designs and artwork from scratch (sometimes digital, sometimes analog) before making them available on a variety of products, including stationery, stickers, and art prints.

The majority of our products are handmade with care in our studio and a few (e.g., sticky notes, gift wrap) are produced by a trusted printing partner. Anything created by a printing partner has been thoroughly vetted for quality prior to making an item available to customers.

In January 2023, we started printing our die cut stickers on waterproof vinyl. As always, our stickers are then laminated with a matte finish that provides further protection from moisture, scratches, and UV rays.

Our original line of die cut stickers were printed onto water-resistant materials and then laminated to protect against moisture, scratches, and UV rays.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If it looks like there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you ASAP via email or telephone.

We keep stock on hand for popular items but might need this to produce all or some of your order. Please keep this in mind when determining estimated delivery times. If you need items by a specific date, feel free to reach out to hello@jungleredstudio.com and we'll be happy to chat about what can be done.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All orders are packed with the utmost care to protect contents before being handed off to a shipment carrier. Jungle Red Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the shipment carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
